My Plan

I organise jobs and skills fairs, which give local people an opportunity to forge a career path or re-train.

Good connectivity is important, whether that’s by road or rail, and I am working with providers to ensure better services on our public transport.

I take part in regular litter picks organised by Councillors and other community groups, to make sure that our public spaces are clean, tidy and able to be enjoyed.

As our high streets and local traders grapple with the challenges of the economic climate, I’ll continue to work hard to champion them and ensure they have the support they need to grow.

Our NHS has served us for over 75 years, with universal healthcare free at the point of use, I’ll continue to fight for our local services in the current challenges they face.

Our area is the gateway to beautiful and historic countryside, which is only a short drive away wherever you live in the constituency, and it is imperative that we fight to preserve it.
